Dark Scotch Base is a base for gel polish and a gel build-up system that works like double-sided tape. It is not intended for leveling, but will create a reliable bond with the next layer of coating - rubber base, low-acid base and materials of increased hardness, which are difficult to fix on nails due to reduced adhesion or plasticity.
