Diamond Bit for hardware manicure and pedicure — a professional tool designed for delicate and precise work on the cuticle and the skin surrounding the nail. Thanks to its uniform diamond coating, the bit ensures clean removal of dead skin cells without skipping or trauma, allowing the technician to maintain full control even in challenging areas.
This tool is suitable for both classic hardware (e-file) manicures and combined techniques. The high-quality diamond coating does not overheat during operation, maintains consistent abrasiveness, and demonstrates high wear resistance — lasting from 2 to 6 monthsdepending on the intensity of use and adherence to operational guidelines.
Work features
The bit is designed to operate at recommended RPMs with minimal pressure. The correct angle of inclination allows for effective lifting and buffing of the cuticle without grooves or micro-trauma. Grit selection should be based on the client's skin type: soft for delicate or standard cuticles, and medium for denser or moist skin.
Maintenance of Diamond Bits:
- Mechanical cleaning after each use using a specialized cleaning brush.
- Soaking in a dedicated disinfectant solution for burs and bits, or cleaning in an ultrasonic cleaner.
- During the disinfection process, strictly follow the concentration levels according to the manufacturer’s guidelines. Excessive concentration can destroy the diamond coating.
- Only completely dry bits should be sterilized in a dry heat sterilizer at a temperature not exceeding 180°C.
For professional use only. Store bits in a dry place.
