Delivery policy.

Internal shipping policy


For orders over $200, shipping within the United States is free. If the amount is less than $200, the shipping cost is between $6.90 and $18.90 (depending on the shipping method).


Processing time of the shipment

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days of receipt, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays may be delayed.

If we have a large volume of orders, delivery may be delayed for several days. If there is a significant delay in your shipment, we will contact you by email or phone.

Delivery time and cost

Shipping costs for orders under $200 range from $8.90 to $18.90 (depending on the shipping method). If your order is $200 or more, shipping is free. All orders are shipped via USPS. Your order will be shipped using the USPS shipping method of your choice. Delivery time ranges from 3 to 8 days depending on your location and the shipping method you choose. Sometimes delivery delays are possible.

Incorrect shipping addresses and refused deliveries

We make every effort to verify the shipping address provided during checkout to ensure that the USPS recognizes it as a valid address. If we are unable to verify the address, we will attempt to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we are unable to update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded.

Our store is not responsible if the customer provides an incorrect shipping address and we are unable to return the package.

Shipping confirmation and order tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active for 24 hours. It is your responsibility to check the delivery progress.

There will be no exceptions. Title to packages handed over by USPS passes to the buyer. We are not responsible for lost, delayed or damaged packages. We are not responsible for delivery errors due to the carrier or incorrect delivery information. Shipping is a service that you purchase from the USPS with your order from us, so any problems with shipping should be handled by the USPS. Once the order has been shipped, we have no control over it, so we recommend that you choose USPS Priority or Express Shipping.

If your shipment is lost or damaged in transit; YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR FILING A CLAIM WITH USPS. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS LOST IN TRANSIT!

We are not responsible for items sent to forwarding services or companies, regardless of the delivery service chosen. If you place an order and your delivery address is the shipping address, you are responsible for contacting your forwarding company or service to locate your shipment. WE ARE ALSO NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR WEATHER DAMAGE OR DELAYS! ONCE A PURCHASE LEAVES OUR HANDS, IT IS COMPLETELY OUT OF OUR CONTROL!

Please make sure your address is correct before placing your order, we are not responsible for an incorrect address.

Damage.

Our store is not responsible for any products damaged or lost in transit. If you receive a damaged order, please contact the carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Missing or stolen shipments

Our store is not responsible for lost or stolen packages under any circumstances. If your package is lost or stolen, please follow the steps below.

Call the carrier and find out the details of your delivery. Search the perimeter of your home and mailbox. Ask your neighbors. File a complaint with your local police department and contact your carrier.
