DARK Scotch Base is a moderately hard base of medium acidity, compatible with low-acid bases. It will become an excellent substrate for the leveling and building material. The Dark Tape base itself is not intended for leveling, but will create a reliable bond with the next layer of coating – a rubber, low-acid base and such materials of increased hardness as gels and acrigels. It can be difficult to fix them on the nails due to a low level of plasticity or adhesion, and a layer of tape base is an excellent solution
